關於賽事

1.競賽主題 Competition Theme

本次競賽區分為三大主題:「包容與韌性社會」、「健康與永續生活」及「智慧、永續與未來城市」。

The competition is structured around three main themes; instructions for each theme are as follows.

  1. 主題一:包容與韌性社會 Inclusive and Resilient Society
    如何打造更加公平、多元且具備文化包容性的社會,同時提升社會在各類衝擊與變遷下的整體韌性。從文化保存與傳承、弱勢族群支持、社會不平等縮減、社會安全網建構等面向出發,提出能促進社會凝聚力與文化共融的創新方案,打造更具適應力與永續性的社會。This theme examines how to build a fair, diverse, and culturally inclusive society while strengthening overall resilience in the face of social disruptions and change. Participants may explore topics such as cultural preservation and transmission, support for disadvantaged groups, reduction of social inequality, and the development of social safety networks. The goal is to promote social cohesion and cultural integration, and to create a society that is more adaptive and sustainable.
  2. 主題二:健康與永續生活 Healthy and Sustainable Living
    著重於改善人們的身心健康、提升生活品質,並推動符合永續發展的生活方式。可從醫療照護、食品安全、環境品質、氣候調適或行為改變等面向出發,提出促進全民健康與永續生活模式的務實與創新策略。This theme centers on improving physical and mental well-being, enhancing quality of life, and promoting sustainable lifestyles. Participants may address areas such as healthcare, food safety, environmental quality, climate adaptation, or behavior change, and develop practical and innovative strategies that advance public health and sustainable living.
  3. 主題三:智慧、永續與未來城市 Smart, Sustainable, and Future Cities
    探索未來城市的可能樣貌,並利用智慧科技、永續設計與系統化思維來改善城市治理、基礎建設、能源使用與交通運輸。鼓勵開發能提升城市效率、安全性與環境永續性的解決方案,打造更適宜居住的未來城市。This theme explores the possible forms of future cities and emphasizes the use of smart technologies, sustainable design, and systems thinking to improve urban governance, infrastructure, energy use, and transportation. Participants are encouraged to develop solutions that increase urban efficiency and safety while supporting environmental sustainability, and to help shape future cities that are more livable and resilient.

2.報名規定 Registration Eligibility

  1. 報名對象為全國大專校院在學學生(含學士班、碩士班及博士班),以及來自新加坡、馬來西亞、日本、韓國、泰國及菲律賓之國際大專校院在學學生。Eligibility is open to currently enrolled students at universities and colleges in Taiwan, including undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students, as well as currently enrolled students from higher education institutions in Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and the Philippines.
  2. 參賽團隊須於4月12日前完成所有報名文件之繳交,始視為完成報名;逾期或文件不齊全者,不予受理。Only teams that submit all required registration documents by 12 April and receive confirmation email will be considered successfully registered and qualified for the competition.
  3. 報名截止後,主辦單位將統一審核報名資格,依報名文件完成繳交之時間順序受理,並以電子郵件通知審核結果。After the registration deadline, the organizers will review eligibility and process applications in the order in which complete documents are received. Review results will be sent by email.

3.活動說明

  1. 競賽全程以英文進行,包含所有書面資料之撰寫及成果簡報發表。The competition will be conducted entirely in English, including all written submissions and presentation materials.
  2. 競賽時間為05月16日至05月17日(需過夜)。The competition will be held from Saturday, 16 May to Sunday, 17 May 2026.(All participants are required to stay overnight at the venue for the duration of the event.)
  3. 各參賽隊伍須由3至5名成員組成,參賽者需自備筆記型電腦。每隊須指派1名團隊代表人,代表人需擔任與主辦單位聯繫活動相關事宜之窗口。Teams must consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of five members,each participant must bring their own laptop.Each team is required to designate one team leader who will serve as the primary contact person for the event.
  4. 參賽學生將統一於政大研創中心文山未來館及閱覽廳作為住宿場地,請同學自行準備個人睡袋,主辦單位將提供地墊使用。All participants will be accommodated at the NCCU CICII Research & Innovation-Incubation Center. Participants are advised to prepare their own sleeping bags and personal toiletries. The organizer will provide a limited number of sleeping mats.
  5. 活動期間將提供往返捷運站與政大研創中心的交通接駁服務,詳細資訊將於後續通知。A shuttle bus service will be provided between NCCU and Taipei Zoo MRT Station. Further details will be announced later.
  6. 參賽者須全程參與競賽,若無故缺席、提前離場、中途離席等,將不發給參賽證書、獲獎證書及獎金。Participants are required to attend and remain at the venue for the entire duration of the competition. Certificates and prizes will be awarded only to participants who complete the full event. Unexcused absences or early departures will result in disqualification and forfeiture of certificates and awards.
